Who provides the service

These terms govern your use of this tenant library. The library provider operates the collection, sets its membership offers and is responsible for its content and customer support. The application owner licenses or operates the software infrastructure. These are distinct roles, even where the same entity performs both. The responsible entities and available contact details are identified with this policy.

The application owner is not automatically the seller of a tenant's books or memberships, or the author or publisher of third-party works. Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations under applicable law.

Agreement and eligibility

Read these terms, the Privacy policy and the Disclaimer before agreeing at registration. You must have capacity to enter into the agreement. A minor must have a parent or lawful guardian arrange and supervise use, and the provider must obtain any consent and safeguards required by law. A checkbox alone does not establish verified parental consent.

Reading access and permitted use

Your account gives you limited, personal, non-transferable online reading access to available editions while your account and membership qualify. It does not transfer ownership in a book or permission to redistribute it. The reader omits ordinary download and print controls; this is an access rule, not a guarantee that copying or screenshots are technically impossible.

Do not share credentials, resell access, systematically scrape works, bypass access controls or redistribute protected content without permission. These restrictions do not remove statutory exceptions or accessibility rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate details, verify your email, keep credentials and verification codes private, and tell support promptly about suspected compromise. Use the account controls to revoke unfamiliar sessions. You are responsible for misuse you authorize or cause; you are not automatically liable for every unauthorized act regardless of fault.

Paid membership

Free editions require the access conditions shown by the library. Premium editions additionally require an active qualifying membership. A tier's displayed price, currency, duration, description and applicable taxes govern that purchase. Payment confirmation by the configured gateway is required before premium access is activated.

Purchases are one-time payments, not automatic recurring debits. Access expires at the end of the purchased period unless you make another purchase. Early renewal preserves remaining qualifying time. The provider must disclose any charges before payment and must not materially reduce benefits already purchased without the remedies required by law.

Refunds and availability

The Cancellation and refund policy explains refund requests and service problems. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available. Editions may change or be removed for rights, safety or operational reasons; if this substantially affects a paid offer, contact the provider for an appropriate remedy. No particular title, uninterrupted uptime or academic result is promised unless expressly included in the paid offer.

Content and intellectual property

Authors and rightsholders retain rights in their works. Software, branding and original materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. The provider must have permission, a licence, public-domain status or a specifically applicable legal exception for material it publishes. Educational intent, a paid or free access model and the absence of a download button do not themselves establish permission. See the Copyright notice.

Warranties and reliance

To the extent permitted by law, the application and collection are supplied on an as-available basis without additional implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, suitability or uninterrupted operation. This does not exclude an express commitment, statutory guarantee or duty that cannot legally be excluded. Educational and religious texts are supplementary material, not professional advice or binding religious rulings.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the application owner and library provider exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of anticipated profits or opportunities, arising from use or inability to use the service. For liabilities that may lawfully be limited, their aggregate liability to a user relating to this service is limited to the greater of INR 1,000 and the fees that user paid to the library for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not exclude or limit fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is unlawful, mandatory refunds, or any consumer, privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Each limitation applies only to the extent it is valid in the circumstances. Third-party rightsholders are not deprived of remedies by terms they have not accepted.

Responsibility for deliberate misuse

To the extent lawful and proportionate, a user who deliberately infringes rights or unlawfully misuses the service is responsible for direct losses and reasonable costs caused by that conduct. This does not cover losses caused by the provider's or application owner's own breach or fault. Any third-party claim must be notified promptly and handled with a reasonable opportunity for the affected user to participate; no unlimited consumer indemnity is intended.

Suspension and termination

The provider may restrict access for a material breach, unlawful conduct or a credible security threat. Where practicable it will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent protective action may be immediate. Suspension does not automatically extinguish accrued consumer rights or refund entitlements. You may stop using the service and request account closure through support.

Changes and disputes

Published versions are retained for reference. Updates apply prospectively and do not rewrite an earlier acceptance or purchase. The provider should communicate material changes and obtain fresh agreement where required; merely editing this page does not prove a user accepted the new text.

Indian law applies, subject to mandatory rights and the jurisdiction of courts, consumer commissions and other authorities provided by law. Support is available for informal resolution, but contacting support is not a precondition to exercising statutory remedies. An invalid term is severed only to the extent necessary; the remaining lawful terms continue.
